  • Registration fees are due for no shows and cancellations made after the reservation deadline.
  • Meal choices & timely service are not guaranteed for late registrants, late arrivals or walk-ins
  • Program, format, speakers & menus are subject to change
  • Payment does not constitute a registration, always register to avoid late or walk-in fees
  • If you registered but can’t attend, you can avoid registration fees if a substitute can be confirmed.
