Leadership Blind Spots

Eric W. Miller

September 18, 2019

Capital City Country Club

Eric Miller served 37 years in public service and now provides consulting services to both government and private entities.  Mr. Miller will lead a discussion about leadership blind spots and how they may limit the way that we act, react, and behave in the workplace, thereby limiting our professional effectiveness.  He'll also discuss ways to gain clarity around blind spots to help open the door for growth, learning, and performance improvement.
