Exploring Financial Capability for Refugee Populations: A Webinar of Study Findings and Insights 

Please join the Center for Financial Security for our upcoming webinar to highlight background, methodology, and findings from the International Rescue Committee's recent study on financial capability for refugees, Financial Capability for New Americans: Lessons from Early Interventions with Refugees. Expert discussants will provide information on current refugee resettlement processes and insights into financial capability challenges faced by refugees making their home in the United States.

Presenters will include:

Jon Vosper, Technical Advisor of Economic Empowerment at the International Resuce Committee

Becca Schwartz, Resettlement Coordinator for Jewish Social Services of Madison.

Sara Mckinnon, Associate Professor of Communication Arts at University of Wisconsin-Madison and expert on US refugee and asylum law and immigration.
