Our MAY 19 "3rd Saturday Prairie Restoration" tasks will include:
1) Cut & stack invasive woody plants,
2) Transplant milkweed seedings,
3) Repair Diversity Plots.
THE KIRCHOFF FAMILY WILL PROVIDE DRINKS & A LIGHT LUNCH.
PLEASE COME PREPARED FOR THE 'GREAT OUTDOORS'
- Be prepared for rain or shine;
- Remember your SUN PROTECTION (Sunscreen, hat, bandana or soft cloth), GLOVES and INSECT REPELLANT;
- Please wear closed-toe shoes, long pants and a long sleeve shirt.;
- ENJOY - take time to enjoy the prairie by observing with binoculars and capturing beautiful images from the day with your camera.
