November 15, 2017 - Resident Assessment Tool Training Program 


Registration is now open for our Wednesday, September 27, 2017 Resident Assessment Tool Training  which will be held in the Activity Room at Granite Ledges of Concord.  This class will have a maximum capacity of 20 students. (Check out the Events Calendar page on nharch.org to see the other dates and locations.)

Cost:  $40 per person

Schedule:

8:45 a.m.               Check-in & Continental Breakfast
9:00 a.m.               Program Begins
11:30 a.m.             Adjournment (program may end sooner than 11:30 a.m. depending on               Participant Q & A)

Who Should Be Trained in the Use of the Resident Assessment Tool?

All direct care staff, facility administrators or owners who are currently conducting resident assessments (or any newly-hired staff) are required to be trained in the use of the Resident Assessment Tool. This course will be led by instructors trained by the Bureau of Health Facilities Administration.

Note: In advance of the class, participants are urged to take part in and/or closely observe a resident assessment at their facility. This will help reinforce what you will learn in the class and perhaps prompt questions.
