This course covers real estate practices and principles, forms of ownership, rights and interests in land, agency, license laws, rules and regulations, title transfer, leases and contracts, fair housing laws, financing, appraisals and contract to closing procedures. This course teaches what you need to know to pass the real estate state exam.
