Gregg A. May, D.D.S.
aving grown up around a dental practice then after completing his education at the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry, Dr. Gregg May started practicing dentistry in the New Orleans area where he grew up. With over 4,100 hours of continuing education and 8 years of coaching experience, Dr. May has helped hundreds of dentists learn the value of increasing their case acceptance. Managing through a career of hurdles has given him real world experience in what it takes to grow a practice. He still practices clinical dentistry full time, as well as being a single father and lecturing and consulting frequently around the United States.
Topic - “Case Acceptance Mastery for the Super Dental Practice!”
Case Acceptance is often overlooked as one of the most important KPI's for a well run practice. Most dentists are well trained and enjoy clinical excellence but spend little time understanding behavioral sciences and why patients move forward with treatment. Understanding verbiage and how to overcome objections is an important component in running a successful practice.
Learning objectives:
1.) Learn the 4 objectives to case acceptance.
2.) Learn and understand how to overcome each of the 4 objections.
3.) Learn 5 magic words and 5 words to never to say.
4.) Bring 3 real world pearls back to implement in your practice immediately to increase case acceptance.
