Check-in Sat 8 am to 9 am in front of the Odana Rooms, Doors open to view displays at 8:30 am. Your registration includes access to professional photographs of all the display boards, sample projects, and Make N Take projects which will be available after the event.
All the fun begins at 9:00 am sharp with presentations on the stage by various demonstrators of stamping tecniques, Workshop Wows, business training, and other related topics. All participant Make N Takes will be prior to lunch break and will be presented in "Round Robin" fashion*.
Lunch break 11:30 am to 1:00 pm, on your own. There are 2 full miles of restaurants along this streatch of East Washington Ave. Something for everyone!
Come back to participate in an Organized Swap in the Odana Room lobby from approx 1:00 pm to 1:30 pm. Registeration for the swap has CLOSED!
Afternoon sessions begin at 1:30pm until 3:00pm including more stage presentations! We will conclude our time together with a Service Project from 3:00pm to approx 4:30pm. For our Service Project we ask all attendees to bring your extra cards and card fronts. We request your help to sort, complete stamping (if needed) , and packing these cards which will be donated to several organizations, such as From Our Hearts/Operation Write Home who provide cards to military members, Necessities Bag charities which benefits Breast Cancer patients, and other local charitable organizations.
Friday Night PJ Party which includes light refreshments, a game with prizes, and a Shoebox Swap. The evening begins at 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm with the mixer and followed at 7:00 pm to approx 10:00 pm with a Shoebox Swap. By choosing the Friday Night option you will be bringing a Shoebox swap to share. REGISTRATION FOR THIS IS NOW CLOSED!
There are a block of rooms set aside at the Crowne Plaza Hotel for the group name: WI Regional Stampers. Contact the hotel at 608-244-4703 and ask for group reservations to make your reservations today. Rooms are available Friday night and Saturday night if desired. The cost should be approx $119 per room and is not included in your registration fees.
All attendees are asked to bring essential stamping tools: Adhesive of your choice, scissors, and bone folder. Optional: StampAmaJig tool.
*Round Robin style Make n Takes means that there will be approx 13 separate projects but each attendee will be assigned 3 projects they will get to make. All the Make N Take projects will be photographed and available by link after the event. We are entering each attendee as they register so if you are attending with a Guest or as part of a Group please let us know if you would each like to be assigned separate projects or would like to all do the same projects at the same time. Parking for Saturday only event is suggested on the west end of the Crowne Plaza with easy access to and from the convention area.
