CAAHEP Accreditation Workshop for Paramedic Programs

There is no required advance homework in preparation for the workshop; however,
the attendee is encouraged to:

WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION & OBJECTIVES

This workshop is designed to educate attendees on the CAAHEP accreditation
process, including the self study, site visit, and maintaing accreditation.


 The following will be addressed:

  • CAAHEP Standards and Guidelines (2015)
  • CoAEMSP Interpretations of the 2015 CAAHEP Standards
  • Site Visits
  • Site Visit Findings Letters & Progress Reports
  • Annual Reports
  • Deal Breakers & Other Stumbling Blocks

WORKSHOP REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Space is limited! There is only room for 50 attendees. The workshop sells out, and
there is always a waiting list! Register and pay early for the best price and to
guarantee your seat.
  • The registration fee includes breakfast, lunch and breaks each day.

  • Early registration is $425 for registrations received (not post-marked) and paid
    on or before December 16, 2019, 5:00 pm Central Time. 

  • Registrations that are upaid as of December 16, 2019, at 5:00 pm Central Time will 
    be automatically cancelled to allow waitlisted attendees to register.

  • Regular registration is $450 from December 17, 2019, to January 8, 2020. Payment is
    requested by credit card via PayPal (or PayPal account) at the time of registration.
    (You do not have to have a PayPal account if you wish to pay by credit card.)

  • Payments made by check must be received (not postmarked) on or before
    December 16, 2019; after December 16, all payments must be made via PayPal. 
    Please mail your check to the CoAEMSP Executive Office (8301 Lakeview Parkway
    Suite 111-312, Rowlett, TX 75088) for manual processing.

  • Registration closes January 8, 2020, at 5:00 pm Central Time - or - when all seats
    have been reserved, whichever comes first.

  • If you require a Purchase Order, call Heather Parker at 214.703.8445, ext. 116, immediately after registration so she may send the required information.

  • If you need an invoice, email Karen Franks at karen@coaemsp.org.

  • Cancellations within 7-30 days of the workshop start date are subject to a $50 cancellation fee; alternatively you can elect to have your funds held for a future workshop [excludes ACCREDITCON] within one year, and the $50 cancellation fee
    will be waived. Any cancellations made within 7 days of the workshop will not be refunded, and cannot be applied to a future workshop.
