Legislative Update, Annual Meeting, and 30th Anniversary Celebration 

It is hard to believe that the BCAC has been in existence for 30 years! Think how much compliance has changed over that time. The BCAC could not have prospered without the dedication and continued support of all of its members and Board volunteers throughout the years. We look forward to sharing our 30th celebration with our members – old and new!  

 The BCAC will be holding a special 30th anniversary celebration on November 20th 2019 at the Aqua Turf Club in Plantsville, CT. The morning starts with the BCAC Annual Meeting and election of new Board members. Immediately following is our popular yearly Legislative and Regulatory Update provided by Dave Wiese, Partner, with Hinckley, Allen & Snyder LLP. We are also pleased to have Art Corey, Vice President/General Counsel of the CT Bankers Association, as our guest speaker.

 The 30th anniversary celebration follows with one of the original founders of the BCAC, Michele Johnson, speaking briefly on the history of the BCAC and then followed by lunch. Please come join our celebration and receive a special anniversary gift!

If one or more non-member(s) attends with at least four other individuals from the same bank / organization and one individual is a BCAC member, the cost for each attendee is the member rate.  All members from the same holding company will be treated as registering from the same organization. 

Payment Policy:

The BCAC will not be able to accommodate individuals/organizations who have not paid in full for prior registrations.

Refund Policy: 

A refund will be issued if you contact the program chairperson at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled program. The refund will be in the form of a credit toward a future meeting.

Cancellation Policy: 

If the program is canceled, it will be canceled one day prior to the program and registered attendees will be notified by email when possible.   Notification will be sent to all members announcing the rescheduled program.  At the discretion of the BCAC, a refund will be made or credit will be given for a future program.
