 Meditative Movements

Teacher Training (1-session Version)

Meditative Movements™ is an innovative mind-body exercise program that incorporates western science with modern day philosophies and ancient wisdom. Our easy-to-follow, empowering movements can be practiced in your home, care facilities, office, school, gym and in group fitness classes. Youth, adults, and the elderly enjoy practicing the movements because they strengthen their bodies, calm their minds and energize their spirit.  The movements are adaptable to anyone's physical ability.

This teacher training will give you the Meditative Movements™ and background you need to teach others.  You can share the movements one-on-one and in group settings.  Help us bring alternative therapies to those in need.

Sat., Sept. 8, 2018 - 9:30 AM - 3:30 PM (1 Session)*

* Prerequisite: Prospective trainees must attend a Meditative Movement™ exercise class or informational session at Pathways (See Pathways calendar of services for these session dates & times) or other location prior to training session.  Investment Fee - $125.00 includes:
