A Technique For Core Control

Learn a breathing technique that facilitates core stability through controlled exhalation. Considered the first step in postural rehabilitation and core stability, mastering this technique will make your breathing and movement more efficient. This technique is important for people with poor posture; chronic neck, shoulder, back or knee pain; people who struggle with pelvic floor disorders; and those who repeatedly get fatigued or injured during exercise.
Participants will be on the floor (on yoga mats that are provided) if able. Please wear a loose waistband and bring a small pillow or rolled up towel.
