This session will assist you in identifying those that can guide you through the process, provide answers and enable you to develop a plan and strategy for a successful agricultural business enterprise. 

Business Planning for Farm Entrepreneurs, Market Research & Marketing Strategy
This session will guide you through the market research process, development of your marketing strategy and incorporating this information into your business plan. 

Financial Planning for Agricultural Entrepreneurs
We will introduce you to financial statements, how to interpret financial statements and use key financial ratios to benchmark your performance and to financial planning tools to develop your financial plans. 

Capitalization/Funding Sources, Business Structures, Operations, and Human Resources
In this final session we will cover capitalization and funding sources for your business enterprise, provide an overview of business organizational structures and operations.
