Session 1 – Building Your Strategic Model

This three-hour online session introduces the seven-step, Customer Centric Planning Process, guides you through the process of gathering the information you will need to develop effective business plans, helps you designate the outcomes your business will achieve, and identify and organize your strategies in a Strategic Business Model.

By the conclusion of this three-hour Webinar session, you will:

  • Have a working understand the Customer Centric Business Planning Process.
  • Be able to establish realistic outcomes for your business.
  • Be ready to build a Strategic Business Model Canvas for your business.

All participants in this session will receive a free digital workbook that guides them through the process of gathering and organizing the information they will need to build effective business plans, designate realistic outcomes, and build a Strategic Business Model for their business.  This workbook also includes forms for recording and organizing the information you have gathered and apply it to building your Strategic Business Model.

Leon holds a B.S. in Marketing and an MBA with concentrations in Marketing and Information Science.  Over the past half-century, he has held numerous marketing positions, founded and operated a marketing research firm, taught marketing at several colleges and universities, and started several businesses including LeonTyler,llc.  As a marketing researcher, Leon specialized in generating the information needed to develop and position new products and services.  As a consultant, he has helped numerous small and medium-sized businesses identify and realize their full growth potential.  Leon is also a Certified SCORE Mentor.
