John Heutmaker, has been working in both the public and private sectors in management positions since 1989. John graduated from the College of St. Thomas with a BA in Accounting. He began his public accounting career with Boulay, Heutmaker, Zibell and Co. (BHZ) in the audit department. John worked on audit and review engagements with a number of manufacturing and service clients at BHZ including, among others, Midwest Machinery, Viking Council Boy Scouts of America, McGlynn Bakeries and Wright Products.

Eric Zucker, began his career in the landscaping industry with nurseries and landscape design companies.  Eric began at the entry level of the landscaping business and continued to work up through the ranks to have the position of Controller at Innovative Landscape Supply (Innovative).  Prior to working at Innovative Landscape Supply, Eric opened up his own landscape design company, which still operates on a part-time basis today.
