Business Taxes:
Keep your business out of trouble with the IRS

No one wants a “friendly” letter from the IRS. Taxes are an important part of starting a business and it’s not as difficult as you think! But where do you start?

How should I set up my business: as a sole proprietor, LLC, corporation, or partnership?  What can I deduct and how do I track my expenses?  How do I report my business income and expenses?

This webinar will answer all of these questions and more!

Presented by: Ruth Ann Michnay, CPA, MBT, EA, USTCP

Ruth Ann Michnay is an enrolled agent, and a   United States Tax Court Practitioner, has a practice in St. Paul, Minnesota,   where she concentrates in tax representation, tax preparation (individual and small businesses), and accounting services/consulting.
