Our presenters, Erin Cavell, Jessica Huffman, and Charles Mosner have years of experience in working with the start-up business community and making it easy to leverage the resources available. 

Charles provides daily reference assistance, instructs classes promoting digital literacy, manages the library's selection of electronic resources, and organizes its programming for small businesses for the Ramsey County Library. 

Jessica formerly lead the digital resource learning and delivery program for James J Hill Center and currently works at 3M as a market research analyst helping drive 3M’s analytical services to its marketing and business development teams. 

Erin won the 2017 Morningstar Public Librarian Support Award for outstanding business reference service and now leads the business floor of the downtown Minneapolis Central Library.  Her work as a librarian has focused on growing and strengthening the entrepreneurship ecosystem by establishing library programs, services, and partnerships with government and nonprofit organizations.
