Quality Improvement System (QIS) Program for Early Care and Education Programs

Quality Stars is a voluntary improvement system that reviews early learning programs with clearly articulated quality standards using an objective evaluation process and offers supports and incentives to help providers reach their professional goals. This program aligns with the Office of Early Learning's Performance Funding Project (PFP). Therefo
