Join KZA partners Gregory Kamer and Edwin Keller for an informative management workshop where they will address the latest federal and state labor law issues confronting Nevada's employers.  Topics to include key NLRB developments, the drafting of employee handbook rules post-Boeing, the current dynamics of union organizing in the Silver State, union avoidance techniques, pending state legislation, the impact of Nevada's "blue state" status on companies doing business in Nevada, and practical issues in union negotiations.
