Please join us for our interactive October Practice Administrator Forum! The focus of this meeting is all about communication. We will be discussing referral processes within our network as well as highlighting practical care coordination opportunities across specialties. We are better together!
Primary care and subspecialty practice administrators and referral coordinators are strongly encouraged to attend.
