ERT Recertification Class 

 

Registration deadline has been extended to Friday, June 3, 2016 at 11:59 pm

Are you or have you ever been a badged ERT?  This class will serve as a recertification class for your ERT Badge.  Requirements - you must have been certified as an ERT within the last 9 years in order to be re-certified.  Bring your ERT manual along with you.  Registration is dependent upon verification of previous certification year.

Cost: $35 per person (includes background check)

Online Payment Method: Check or credit cards accepted.  PayPal will process your credit card payment however you do not need a PayPal account to pay with a credit card.  Check payments must be mailed within 7 days of registration to:  INUMC; Attn: Lisa Timmerman; 301 Pennsylvania Parkway, #300; Indianapolis IN 46280.  All check payments must be received by Wednesday June 1, 2016.

Registration Check in Onsite: will begin at 12:30 pm; class session will begin promptly at 1:00 pm
