Speakers:
John Roe
John Roe is the Director of Client Services at UT Southwestern Medical Center with responsibility over the Service Desk, Desktop Support and the Training/KM team. He has over 20 years of IT experience in a variety of technical & management roles but now spends his time as advocate, mediator and fixer of all things IT.
Deborah Horn
Deborah Horn is a Manager at UT Southwestern Medical Center in the Client Services Department. Her team includes the IR Service Desk, training and the IR website. Deborah has been at UT Southwestern since 2006. Before joining Client Services she managed the UTSW PeopleSoft training team. Prior to that she was a project manager for CTG (Computer Task Group) managing the outsourced Service Desk for programming, business systems analysis and training.
Lock Clifford
Lock Clifford is the Director of Customer Service in Information Services at Children's Health System of Texas. Lock manages all internal and external facing Customer teams including the Service Desk, Desktop Support and the Teleservices teams. Additionally, Lock overseas the IS Incident tracking, Customer alterting and Leadership alerting systems for the organizations.
