2018 ParkRX Day 

Join the ClearWater Conservancy and Centre Moves for National #ParkRX Day! The National ParkRx Day was created with input from the National ParkRx Initiative, which is a movement to strengthen the connection between health care and parks and public lands to improve the physical and mental health among individuals and communities.

The day’s prescription includes a healthy dose of activities to take. The first step in any health and wellness plan is to set up a good baseline. We will offer free health screenings, including blood glucose levels and BMI, to all attendees provided by Mount Nittany Health.

The next dose will be a quick hike around the park will help you fullfil a day in the Fit Familes Challenge. Round out the treatment with a free Fit Families Challenge T-shirt and a healthy snack.
