Navigating the Adult System

We are pleased to announce the start of another great year for the Informing Families and Educators Transition Series!  Please join us for our first session, Navigating the Adult System.  This session will help families, educators and students understand and work toward a successful connection to local resources available for students with disabilities.  There will be information about why, how, and when to connect with these services to ensure a successful transition from school to adult life.
