Val Morgan brings over 27 years of sales experience and training. She provides training and consulting on job development to numerous employment agencies in Washington and Oregon. She delivers valuable information to increase knowledge and skills to Employment Consultants to effectively communicate with potential employers, and increase the placement rate of job candidates with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Val has a passion for facilitating goal setting and team building events. She teaches Job Development Sales Fundamentals training at The Highline Community College Employment Specialist Certificate Course and in the Oregon Employment Learning Network (OELN). Val’s interests include, travel, sailing, cooking, gardening, and spending time with her friends and family.
