Please join us on Wednesday, January 20 for our webinar, "How to Effectively Create and Negotiate a Customized Job Proposal" with Aimee Sharp.

Our goal is always to find our job seekers not just employment but meaningful jobs that utilize their talents while meeting the needs of the employer.  A proven way to ensure the optimal success in achieving this goal is by using a customized job proposal during the job creation phase. In this webinar you will learn how to create a customized job by writing a job proposal as well as how to use the proposal to negotiate all the specifics of a new job: job description; wages; schedule; expectations; natural supports; etc.  You will be provided with the basic ingredients to generate a strong customized job proposal and further discussion about how to use the proposal as a negotiating tool with a new employer.

*Please note: Wise maintains registration and attendance records for our events and training programs. Attendees that fully participate in events and/or complete training programs will receive a certificate to document  full participation as back up for billing purposes.  Wise is required to monitor participation in our courses and provide reports to our funding sources so that they may utilize these records in the course of their audits of programs. These reports may include actual time spent by attendee name, event/training title, county and state. Reports are provided to ensure there is documented proof of the appropriate use of government funds for the purposes of professional development.
