Join Chef Adam Lambert and Fresh Fork Market as we explore the best techniques for cooking on an outdoor grill-- marinades and sauces, meat selection and preparation, managing heat and more. We'll also be covering burgers-- how to mix, form and grill a patty to perfection.
Each participant will also enjoy a sampler flight of beer from Market Garden Brewery, and taste a bunch of the delicious grilled meats and veggies as Adam demonstrates.
