Summer is here, which means it's time to fire up the grills! So if you want to make your next barbecue a real success, then this is your class:

Join Ohio City Provisions' Adam Lambert and Trevor Clatterbuck to learn the best techniques for cooking on an outdoor grill-- marinades and sauces, meat selection and preparation, managing heat and more. We'll also be covering burgers-- how to mix, form and grill a patty to perfection.

This year, we'll be outdoors on the awesome patio at Banter in Gordon Square (7320 Detroit Ave). While you learn about cooking with fire, you'll get to sample lots of grilled goods, and you can also pop into Banter to buy some beer or wine to pair with your meal, or grab some to take home!

So whether you plan to invite the whole gang over every weekend or just cook for yourself, you will walk away from this class full and ready to grill. 

$30 per participant covers instruction, recipe and technique packet and lots of food.
