Pacific NW Diabetes Summit - Type 1 

The Fifth Annual Pacific NW Diabetes Summit is an event to educate and support patients, friends, families, providers, school officials and community leaders about diabetes.  This year's focus is on management of Type 1 and empowering individuals to maintain and resume a healthy and active lifestyle.  The summit will provide opportunities to connect with other individuals afflicted by diabetes, in addition to getting their personal questions answered by professionals and educators.
