How Violence can Impact Our Infants and Toddlers

Dr. Kyle Pruett
Dr. Pruett is an internationally known child psychiatrist and expert on child, parental and family development, paternal involvement, children’s mental health, creativity, and the effects of media, trauma, and divorce on children. He is Clinical Professor of Child Psychiatry at the Yale School of Medicine, author, international lecturer, media personality and pioneering researcher.

We will gather this year to acknowledge our very young children and their families in our care who experience or have experienced violence in their lives. This violence may be interpersonal violence, community violence, or violent imagery. Please come to be in community with all who have been emotionally hurt by the violent events in our lives, communities, and nation.
- A continental breakfast will be provided.
- You may pay your individual 2013 membership fee and conference fee through your registration (check member + membership fee option at $75), agency memberships will need to be paid separately. Membership forms are available at www.ct-aimh.org
