From experienced experts you will learn to:

  •  Identify addiction and select treatment services
  •  Understand the protocol, procedures and documents needed for a timely and smooth admission into detox and treatment
  •  Techniques for supporting a loved one in treatment and recovery       that can contribute to their success 
  •  Keep yourself emotionally and mentally intact while loving an addict
  •  Become an advocate in your community through Education, Collaboration and Legislation.                                                             

Panel members will include professionals in the fields of treatment and recovery, parent advocates, legislators and educators.  A light meal and beverages will be available at no charge.

While this educational evening is offered without fees, registration is required no later than October 31st 2015
