Join us on Wednesday, November 7, at the Oscar Center in Fairfield, Ohio for the 5th Annual Miracle Ball honoring Charley Frank, Executive Director, Cincinnati Reds Community Fund.

The Miracle Ball is the signature fundraising event for The Joe Nuxhall Miracle League Fields. All proceeds from the event benefit The Joe Nuxhall Miracle League Fields where kids and adults with special needs have the opportunity to experience America's favorite pastime, baseball.

In choosing this year's recipient we are reminded of Joe's dream that by taking your talents and using them "for good" to help others that may be less fortunate. We believe that this year's honoree has done just that.

Charley Frank began as the executive director of the Reds Community Fund in 2004.  Since that time, Charley has led his team to become one of the foremost outreach programs in Major League Baseball. 

Projects to date include:

-    Multiple field renovations throughout the Tri-state area, Florida & Arizona.

-    The Reds Rookie Success League character-building baseball camps in four locations.

-    The RBI & Match program initiatives.

-    The Dunham Park Miracle League Field.

-    The “state of the art” Urban Academy in Roselawn. 

In addition, Charley has created numerous fundraising initiatives such as the Redlegs Run, The Marty Brennaman Golf Classic, and the Father’s Day Catch. Charley is a graduate of Walnut Hills High School and Northwestern University. He & his wife Amy reside in Fairfield with their two children Avery & Sam.
