Cancellations: made 3 days or more in advance of the event date will receive a full refund.  All cancellations must be made by emailing tgraham@ima-net.org.

Recording: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, meetings are recorded and video or images of the event and participant may be used by the IMA. Registration and attendance constitute an agreement by registrant to use and distribute the attendee’s image or voice in photographs, audio or video recordings.
