American Society of Quality Dinner Forum

Speaker Topic: Knowledge Management

Today’s global economy has forced us to put a lot of emphasis on knowledge management.  It is a discipline to drive positive customer experience, customer expectations and certainly gives a competitive edge when it comes to winning the market share.  How do you ensure that you are continually relevant in the ever-changing technological world, where a lot of importance is placed on innovation and state-of-art techniques?  What is it that is driving companies to start looking at bridging the gap between current subject matter expertise of the workforce and where future importance needs to be placed to move the needle in sustaining the business?  How can you be in that pool of innovative talent that the companies are attracted to move forward and assist them in fostering innovation?  The presentation will highlight many of these aspects and criticality of knowledge management to ensure how the integrated approach helps build innovative and productive workforce and retaining it for the expertise.
