October 17, 2019 was a great day of smart ideas, fun women, great food, and experts on health, finance, art, volunteerism, style, social media and more.

What a fabulous day yesterday!  I learned so many helpful tips – from how to maneuver Medicare, exercises to keep my body aligned and healthy, how to start writing for pleasure instead of work, and the list goes on and on.

It was such a wonderful, inspiring day with so many amazing women. Just being together with these women was such a treat.

For someone who is just beginning to maneuver retirement, the timing was perfect!
