Management, like all things changes with time.
Management skills appropriate for today will not be adequate for tomorrow. This workshop delves into the core skills needed for managing in tomorrow's world today.
Effective managers need to be constantly developing their expertise. They must also possess a filtering mechanism forcing them to discard a high percentage of what they gather; effective managers are not interested in points-of-view. They search for events that spark trends. Not to predict the future, but to obtain clues to anticipate events and trends that may impact their business.
Effectively managing in today's environment requires a very specific, even quirky, skill set and this is what this workshop will explore and divulge.
