Every business needs a business plan, but you don't have to be overwhelmed by the planning process. This hand’s on workshop will guide you in developing your plan as your roadmap to success. You will be assisted by SCORE Mentors in creating the key factors needed to attain your goals.

In this introductory workshop you will begin to understand:

  • How to get, keep and grow customers
  • The channels needed to reach your customers
  • The value your product or service delivers to your customers
  • Key activities, resources, and partners you may need
  • Anticipated costs and revenues

Presenter 

Jay Gladney is a senior-level information systems engineering professional and technical services project and program manager.  He managed commercial software development teams for Network Solutions and Oracle Corporation supporting the US military and National Intelligence Community.  He taught project management courses for Network Solutions and Oracle Corporation, and co-founded and served as CEO for a telecommunications consulting partnership.  He was an Associate Professor at the US Air Force Academy, where he taught international relations and defense policy.
