In recent weeks, there has been a great deal of energy surrounding data issues. CMLS has scheduled a 5-workshop to bring these issues to the table and allow us all to discuss them in an open forum designed to:

                        • Identify the Issues

                        • Ask vendors to respond

                        • Investigate solutions

What Are the Issues? That’s what we want to hear from you!  Are you concerned about the licensing, protection and accuracy of your MLS content once it leaves your hands?  Are your brokers concerned about where their listing information is landing?  Are there options emerging that may help?  Do you have a solution that works for you?  CMLS has heard from many members – from MLSs large and small – about just these questions and we say – let’s get it out on the table!

Who Will We Hear From? Guest Speakers Include Trulia, ListHub, Point2, Homes.com, and Realtor.com to discuss the distribution of listings. Onboard Informatics, ListHub, Move, Inc. RE DataVault, CoreLogic, the Data Co-op and Bridge Interactive will join in to discuss current, emerging and future opportunities to help with the licensing and syndication challenges we face as MLSs.
