Want to learn more about becoming a DMH Provider?  Make plans to attend the Missouri Council for In-Home Services (MCHS) Virtual Resource Development event scheduled for Thursday, September 8. During the event, Wanda Crocker will share the pertinent information.  See below overview for a full description.

Registration fees for this virtual conference are per agency and must be paid in advance.

About MCHS

For over 20 years, the Missouri Council for In-Home Services has provided support services to member agencies.  Many of our issues involve quality of care, guidelines and regulations, and reasonable reimbursement.  Currently, the MCHS membership has grown to be a strong voice for all providers of home care and the elderly in Missouri.  Join our league of caring people to help the in-home industry strive for quality.

To join MCHS, please visit the website at https://www.mohomecare.org/membership.  Please note that MCHS is offering a discount off membership rates for the remainder of the 2022 membership year!  Contact the MCHS office at 573-634-5272 to learn more.

MCHS Mission
To advance and defend home care services as the preferred care option for Missouri communities.  To provide information exchange and education essential to the success of member agencies and the home care industry.  To monitor and affect the legislative and regulatory processes as they pertain to the home care industry.  To provide leadership in ethical business practices and sustain the highest professional standards of client care.

Overview of Event
The event will include a presentation by Wanda Crocker, with the Missouri Department of Mental Health.  During her presentation, Wanda will discuss some of the differences between the State Plan and Division service definitions, staff requirements, and service implementation expectations.  She will explore the challenges existing dually enrolled providers experience.  She will also review the application process to become a Division Medicaid Waiver provider and the supports the Division provides to its stakeholders, and if time permits, a peak at proposed Value Based Strategies.

Please note that questions are encouraged to be submitted in advance of the conference so we can share them with our presenters. To submit questions, please complete email Jill Hancock at jill@c2cpro.solutions.

Zoom connection information will be sent the day prior to the event.

Please note that payment MUST be received to access the meeting.
