Creative Mindfulness:  Release any self-judgment and perfectionism you may be holding, and join this session to welcome self-compassion, openness, and spaciousness. Uncover your intuition while using paint, canvass and brushes. Follow along with Jessica Miner, community mindfulness instructor, as she guides you through the practice.  Jess serves as MHA's Mental Health Resource Specialist connecting community members, professionals, and partners to area resources.  In addition, she is in Sheboygan County classrooms apart of the Sheboygan County Mindful Classroom Initiative, educating youth on mindfulness.  A long time 'artist' Jess, is excited to combine her love of painting and mindfulness and explore creative mindfulness with attendees of this session.

Meditation: This is a body focused meditation practice concentrating on the breath to calm the mind while simultaneously noticing sensations as they arise in the body.  Learn to relax and trust the mind and the body as one whole unit.  Sessions lead throughout the day by local expert yogi Marci Tousey, owner of YogaLoft.
