The Business of Economics: Meet the Stakeholders - 4th April 2017

The 2017 economy is already presenting new and unique challenges for businesses of all sizes.  Do you want to keep your finger on the pulse of economic trends and identify opportunities for business growth?  Do you want to meet and hear more about how local organisations can support your business?  This event is your chance to listen, digest, and plan for the future with the help from experts and local stakeholders.

Dr Eoin Magennis Senior Economist at the Ulster University Economic Policy Centre will present on the current economic trends and how these may affect the performance of local government, education and businesses in the Causeway Coast and Glens Borough.  Dr Paul Beaney, Business Development Manager at Ulster University, will also provide a short presentation about how you can access the right expertise and facilities to help your business navigate the challenges and identify opportunities for development.  The event will conclude with local stakeholder’s speed networking with local businesses. This is an excellent opportunity for attendees to engage directly and exchange information with the various organisations who will be represented on the day.

This event is sponsored by Causeway Chamber of Commerce, Ulster University, Chartered Management Institute, and supported by Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council, Causeway Enterprise Agency and Invest NI.  We are delighted that Northern Regional College, North West Regional College, Roe Valley Enterprises, Connect to Success N.I, and The Carbon Trust will also be in attendance on the day to meet local businesses.

Refreshments and Lunch will be provided!
