Be inspired by traditional Austrian recipes with Chef Deja Hart at Newport Cooks Cooking School for Adults and Children, Newport RI Garlic Goat Cheese Tart   Scallops in White Wine Clam Broth 

Couple up and spend Valentine’s Day making an amorously inspired meal together with your sweetheart or dear friends! Using locally harvested scallops and special “secret ingredients” Chef Deja Hart will teach us to make this magnificent meal intended to induce amorous results! What’s not to love? Menu: Walnut Viennese Sacher Torte Crusted-Garlic Goat Cheese Tart with a shaved veggie salad, Scallop Duet with roasted potatoes and white wine-clam broth, Viennese Sacher Torte (decadent layered chocolate cake covered in chocolate ganache). We’ll taste wines to compliment the menu.
