Elite Progression Information
Must be playing A/AA/AAA or higher unless personally invited by either ATC Owner
This progression is designed for goaltenders that are playing at the highest level for their age. This progression will focus on skating, positional adjustments, rebound control, zone awareness, power play tactics, puck handling as well as an emphasis on reading the play. Goalies attending are expected to have a very firm grasp on all basic and advanced skating and save techniques.
Students in this progression are required to attend camp in top physical shape, there will be no refunds issued for injuries that happen at camp due to poor physical fitness. This progression is for SERIOUS goalies only!

Maximum 12 goalies on ice in each group
Video Analysis at every ice session
2.25 hours on ice each day
Morning Ice sessions focused on movement, high volume repetition and puck handling
Afternoon Ice sessions focused on implementing skills worked on in the morning into game situational drills working on:

Power Play Options
Passouts and Below Goal Line Attacks
Off Ice training sessions will be Yoga as well as Hand Eye Co-Ordintation and Vision Training
GOALIES MUST BRING 1 SHOOTER TO THEIR AFTERNOON ICE SESSIONS - SHOOTER MUST BE PLAYING AT THE SAME LEVEL OR HIGHER THAN GOALIE ATTENDING
