Powerful tools for Caregivers is designed to help family caregivers find balance while caring for a loved one.

This workshop series meets for six consecutive weeks on Wednesdays from 1:30-3:00,
beginning September 25th and ending October 30th.

Learn to reduce stress, make tough decisions, navigate family dynamics and connect with fellow caregivers and resources. 
YOU ARE NOT ALONE!

Powerful Tools for Caregivers is an evidence based, scripted class lead by certified teachers. This is not a support group, however you will experience a supportive environment
and meet life long friends.

Whether caring for a loved one in your own home or at a distance, this class will provide tools to care for yourself while caring for a loved one.  Each class offers a unique tool to help navigate the journey of caregiving. 

Class size is limited so registration is required.  We ask all caregivers to attend at least four of the six classes, however attending all six is best!
