Parenting a middle schooler can be a time of stress and isolation for parents and caregivers. Facilitated by psychologist Kristen Aberle, PsyD, this new, FREE middle school parenting group will offer opportunities to connect, while providing tools and resources to make the best of the middle school years and strenghten your child's mental health and resilience.

Special thanks to our program supporters, MetroWest Health Foundation, MetroWest Regional Coalition for Suicide Prevention, Natick 180, and the Natick Board of Health.

We ask you to plan on attending all sessions to build a cohesive and consistent group (and know that life happens so this may not be possible).

Registration for this event will close when we hit capacity, but you can email lparkermoldover@sparkkindness.org to be added to the waiting list. If space becomes available, we will reach out.
