Exploring Emotions
With Sesame Street in Communities Resources
With so much happening in the world around us, children—and adults, too—have many kinds of feelings that are sometimes hard to explain. These skills become the building blocks for mental well-being and success in school.
With the help of our friends on Sesame Street, Sarah Welch, with the Iowa Alliance for Healthy Kids and Iowa ACEs 360, is excited to share free resources that can playfully remind kids of ways to see and name feelings for the good, the bad, and the ugly!
