Leading in a Post Covid World

The disruptions of the past 18 months, especially on small businesses, has had a profound affect on leadership. This program highlights new insights and recommended changes to the way small business owners lead, coach and hire with the realization that there is no going back to the Pre-Covid ways of leading today's workers.

Stacey opened her Human Resources Consulting practice for small businesses and non-profit organizations in 2016. She added leadership coaching in 2020 when her women owned business clients began to ask for coaching to help improve their leadership abilities.

She consults with smaller organizations typically in the areas of employee policy handbooks, helping leaders navigate conflict, performance management including customized competency-based tools, communications, audits and hiring protocols including offer letters, agreements, onboarding, interview questions and defining roles and responsibilities. Stacey has collaborated with brokers to support smaller organizations in their health and welfare benefits needs.

Her area of focus in coaching is communications, planning and organizing, finding your voice, delegating, coaching performance and conflict. She believes her coaching along with her community education programs support the education mission of her business.
