The Art of Play
Google says "play" is defined as engaging in an activity for enjoyment and recreation rather than a serious or practical purpose. We would beg to differ, and have designed this conference to facilitate learning, experimentation, and exploration through play. Register now for PD that will be meaningful, and provide new ideas through some serious FUN!
We are so very pleased to feature Cassie Stephens as our keynote speaker this year. Cassie Stephens is a world renowned art educator, author, and blogger. She will discuss her journey in discovering "the secret to her personal art teacherin' happiness" by "connecting the passions in her life: teaching, creating, and dressing like a crazy person."
Take a workshop during our breakout sessions! Workshops include: Let’s Play BINGO! - A Game of Collage and Collaboration, Triangular Book Round Robin, Come Play With Me and Be My Puppet, WeVideo and WeVideo Next Level, Crankie-Picture-Show Maker, the Wonderful World of Weaving 101 and Intro to Needle Felting: Painting with Wool.
