A strategic marketing plan is the most critical element of business planning and growth.  Join Sarah as she facilitates weekly  group sessions (via go-to-meeting) designed to empower each individual business owner with the ability to translate the overwhelming supply of marketing resources and create an actionable plan. Students will:

  • Explore a variety of communication vehicles, including traditional and social media
  • Evaluate the importance, advantages, benefits and management considerations of websites, blogs and newsletters.
  • Articulate the unique value proposition of YOUR specific business, products and services.
  • Define your ideal customer.
  • Craft your unique marketing message.
  • Identify the communication channels to bring the most value to your customers.
  • Create YOUR strategic marketing checklist and action plan.
NOT YOUR TYPICAL WEBINAR SERIES. . .
Beginning Friday, March 25th, and throughout the eight weeks of this series, the interactive GROUP COACHING sessions allow students to discuss new concepts, reflect upon teaching points and begin to actively engage in new marketing activities. Class size is limited to eight students, so each week you will receive  critical feedback, guidance and individualized attention.

POST SESSION FOLLOW-UP. . .
In addition,  to ensure continued progress with YOUR marketing initiatives, this workshop series includes two 1.5 hour GROUP  FOLLOW-UP meetings.  Dates and times will be determined by group consensus, with the first to be held in June and the second in November. These calls reinforce individual accountability to action plans and provide ongoing support as you work through challenges and share success stories!
