MCBA MCLE How to Successfully Handle Real Property Tax Appeals
Learn how to properly file and prosecute a real property tax appeal in the State of New Jersey. Property owners and, in some cases tenants, may be able to reduce costs by challenging their property tax assessments. Speakers will include attorneys involved in handling real property tax appeals on behalf of property owners and municipalities, as well as a real estate appraiser who will also discuss property tax appeals from an appraisal and valuation perspective. An update of recent case law will also be presented.
